Our Quality Policy

Quality Policy

It is the Organization’s Policy to operate in full compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021:2015, ISO 22003-1:2022, and ISO/IEC 17020:2012. To this end, the company will obtain and maintain national accreditation approval from PNAC.

We shall also seek additional formal accreditations for other standards and regulatory requirements applicable to our operations, in order to meet customer expectations and needs.

The Quality Management System (QMS) has the full commitment of senior management, who are responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and understanding of this policy, the system, and all applicable procedures relevant to our operations.

All employees are encouraged and expected to adopt the same commitment to quality, acquiring and maintaining the skills and training necessary for their positions, along with ongoing professional development to foster continuous improvement.

The overall monitoring of the QMS is conducted through Management Reviews, which establish measurable objectives, monitor their achievement, and continually enhance the system’s effectiveness.

The appointed Quality Representative holds the authority, delegated by management, to ensure that the QMS is established, implemented, and maintained effectively. The representative is also responsible for providing regular reports to Management Review meetings.
